During the interior design and project management process, there is a complete schedule and a series clear steps that ensure the project quality and completion on time.

Phase One:
  1. Client communicate with the designer to express their basic requirements and personal preferences, the designer will help the client to determine the design direction.

  2. Designer will take site measurement, investigate the site condition and propose design suggestion.

  3. Designer work out floor plan proposal and preliminary design image.

  4. Amend the design drawings according to client’s comments.

Phase Two:
  1. Prepare quotation according to the involved scope of construction works.

  2. Both parties sign on the contract when mutually agreed the quotation and fees.

  3. Designer will prepare working drawings for construction.

Phase Three

  1. Supervise and manage the renovation works.

  2. Designer accompany with client to select decorative materials and provide suggestion.

  3. Mutually inspect the works and sign work completion certificate when all the works are completed.

  4. Project completion.
